Starting "The Plan"

Alright... So a few things you need to know about "The Plan":
1. I made it, it's designed for me.
2. The plan is to go for 1 whole month (30 days).
3. The goal is 15 pounds by 3/20!
4. I will be weighing in on 3/4, 3/11, 3/18 & 3/20!

So... I am sure you are now begging the question WHAT IS THE PLAN???

Plan-
1. 1450 calories/day
2. 2500 g sodium/day
3. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred 1x/day
4. Gym work out @ least 4x/week
5. 1 Family walk (1 mile)/week

Check back in on me to see how I'm doing!! :) I can't wait to be 15 lb thinner (30 lb total) and smaller than I have been in a year (17 months actually)!
